Where's my Picture?
Check to make sure your picture is 1mb or less in size: we automatically reject pictures larger than this. Also, make sure your picture is JPG, GIF, or PNG.
GIF transparency?
We translate transparency in GIFs using a black background. If more of your picture is transparent than it should be, try changing the black areas to a lighter shade. For best quality, we recommend you just use jpg.
Where is my Business Icon?
When you upload a picture for your icon it is not applied to events previously created. If you want it to be applied, just go in to 'Modify Events', select the event, and click 'Apply Changes'- it will then be applied. Be aware that event titles previously larger than 16 characters will be automatically truncated to accommodate the icon.
How Far In Advance Can I List An Event?
You can schedule up to one year in advance. The Calendar generally deletes events around 4 months old.
It Looks Like I Can Change Ad Plans On The Fly?
Yes, you can switch betweeen all three plans at anytime, and it goes into effect almost immediately. Your Balance is dynamically recalculated for the change, and your advertising page will show the new number of days remaining.

Why Don't My Quote Marks Show?

Is There Anyway To Set A Continuous Event, i.e. 'Every Wednesday'?
At this time, we have not set up any such feature. This is mainly becuase we wish to avoid a lot of 'clutter', but depending on the number of requests for such a feature, we may set something up. Please let us know if you would like such a feature! Contact Administration
You have already listed my event?
Sometimes, Big Bear Calendar.com will list events ourselves, since we want to see them listed. If you see an event we have listed that belongs to you, you can contact us and we will switch it over to your account so you can modify it.
