All events posted on BigBearCalendar are the responsibility of those posting them, and we are not responsible for any misinformation, incorrect information, changed information, or other misleading corruptions to any posting.

All advertising is based on 24 hour days, and 1 "month" is defined as 30 days, no matter the actual number of days in any given month. Thus, the designation "$9/mo" means $9.00 will pay for 30 days of advertising. We charge by the day, not by the month. All advertising funds are non-refundable. We ONLY issue a refund check if you demand the return of unusable advertising funds, that is, funds which are less than the equivalent of 1 day of 'Wilderness" advertising, that is, 0.30 cents.

BigBearCalendar.com reserves the right to deny an account to any individual, business, or organization without reservation or explanation. By creating an account at BigBearCalendar.com you agree not to post any defamatory, vulgar, lewd, sexual, pornographic, drug related, racial, or other inappropriate comments, pictures, or artwork, and you understand and agree that your account and postings can be terminated without notice for such actions without compensation or notification in any form. Big Bear Calendar also reserves the right to modify, change, or delete any content you post on the calendar without notification or compensation, although we do normally try to email you a warning telling you what we changed or deleted and why. Normally we will apply changes to offensive event postings and issue a warning before terminating an account, but we reserve the right to terminate accounts without a warning.

In the unlikely event of a server error, BigBearCalendar.com is not responsible for any errors in dates or times that may result, or any loss of business, advertising, or coordination due to power failures, server failures, or other unforeseen disasters or untimely events.

Any comments, observations, or other statements listed on BigBearCalendar.com are not necessarily the views held by BigBearCalendar.com, its employees, administrators, or any affiliates thereof, and are the independent views of those who post them.

Any and all private information provided to BigBearCalendar.com (phone #'s, emails, addresses, etc.) are kept private and encrypted and will not be revealed to anyone without your express and written permission, with the single exception of your Business Name, which will be attached and publicly visible on all events you post. BigBearCalendar.com is not responsible for any conceivable danger or circumstance that might result from this listing, and by creating an account you accept all responsibility for any possible result created by allowing your Business Name to be displayed. If you choose to display additional contact information on your business page, you accept all responsibility for that listing.
